Salsa, Salsa and MORE Salsa

Our garden has produced tons of yummy goodness and this morning I was able to make up 4 HUGE jars of salsa for our family. The recipe is a friends family secret that she was gracious enough to share with me but I will not be sharing it with the World Wide Web, but let me tell you it is delish!

What have you made with your garden goodness???

Lippy Lou's Lollipop Skirt

I finally finished Lippy Lou's Lollipop Skirt and I couldn't love it more. It turned out awesome and I finished it in under 2 months YAY me. Rebekah at Bekah's knits does an awesome job writing patterns that are through and well illustrated. I do not however recommend working on this late at night, say 1 am ish, at the end of a long weekend. You may or may not send Rebekah an email asking a dumb question, not that this happened to me or anything, just sayin'.

Here's Lippy giving it a little sas...

Works for Me Wednesday - Ribbon Storage

Because a lot of the crafts I do involve ribbon and snaps I had to find a way to easily store both that would keep everything under control. I took a while for me to settle on something that worked for my 300+ types of ribbons and I happened to come across these beauties at a local craft store. I believe I have seen them at Joann and Michael's a time or two as well. I always save up a 40% off coupon before purchasing a new one. I am up to 3 of them now and I am in love, they work GREAT! I also store snaps and clips in a few of the drawers which works great as well.

How do you store YOUR crafty goodness???
